Our landscapes are neither natural nor pristine. Even in the most out of the way places, relics appear and linger. The way people respond to the never ending presence of of random objects strewn over the landscape varies immensely but the common response is indifference. And indifference soon begets invisibility. And with invisibility comes uniformity, nothing jumps out. The sight of ruined cars, what should the response be? They are trash, they blight their surroundings, best to make them dematerialise.
I like old cars. I like rusted trash. I want them viewed with fresh eyes. Lets take the brown patina, the hollow shell and make it stand out again.
